I made those wings myself with HEAVY duty wire and fabric. Made my own pattern and everything :)

I made that wig out of two wigs. LOL Had the long wig pulled up into pig tails. But of course the bottom would look nasty, so I used another wig underneath and pulled it up, using the hair to wrap around some Styrofoam balls for the meatballs. :P That was a PAIN to make. XD

Well, there ARE wig sites that have hair made up to look like Sailor Moon's so if you want to go the easy way, there you go. XD I have seen them around. All I know is that it was frigg'n hard getting that hair to work out. XD
